Welcome to CloudCityFood. This agreement sets out your rights and obligations when using the CloudCityFood platform (including Takeout, Say-Buy, Local Delivery, and Moto Taxi services). By registering or using the platform, you agree to all terms of this agreement.
This agreement is available in Chinese, English, and Myanmar. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between versions, the English version shall prevail.

CloudCityFood is not an ordinary street-food delivery platform. We focus on inviting qualified, high-quality merchants to ensure every user receives a safe and premium dining experience.
Specific penalty amounts are subject to platform announcements and may be adjusted.

Welcome to the CloudCityFood rider team. This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of riders registered on the CloudCityFood platform. By completing registration, you agree to all terms of this agreement.
Riders and CloudCityFood maintain an independent partnership, not an employment relationship. Riders have the right to independently determine their online hours and order acceptance.

To provide essential services such as order assignment, navigation, real-time delivery tracking, and mileage calculation, the CloudCityFood Rider App collects your precise location information through GPS. When your status is set to "Accepting Orders" or when you are actively delivering an Order, the App will continuously collect your location while running in the background, including when the App is not open in the foreground. This is necessary to support real-time delivery tracking and efficient order dispatch and coordination.
